Job Description:
- Responsible for regular kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Responsible for daily HACCP Standard checking.
- Control of food safety and quality through continuous monitoring of food temperature.
- Providing healthy food that is appealing to encourage patients to eat.
- Timely perform food rotation activities so that food spoilage is kept in check.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience of leading kitchen team in Hotel Kitchen/Banquet Chef (bintang 4 atau 5)
- Experienced in food catering
- Having certification will be a plus
