Afternoon Shift - Pick/Packer

Coastal Fresh is a family-owned Fruit & Vegetable Wholesaler of 30 years, located in the beautiful Gold Coast suburb of Burleigh Heads.

Due to the expansion of our ever-growing business, we have multiple picking and packing roles available for immediate start. This position is a casual afternoon/night role with a rotating weekly roster.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

• Working with our ordering system to ensure accurate data management
• Accurately picking and packing fresh produce
• Working to strict deadlines
• Stocktake
• Working within a cool environment for long periods of time
• Constantly be able to maintain a clean and safe environment during shifts
• Standing for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

To be successful in the role you will need to demonstrate:

• Previous picking/ packing and warehouse experience is essential
• Strong knowledge of fruit, vegetables, herbs and micro herbs is highly regarded
• WH&S knowledge and compliance
• Computer literacy with digital ordering platforms
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Current forklift license will be highly desirable
• Punctual and reliable
• Excellent attention to detail and common sense
• Physically fit
• Certificate in Warehousing will be highly regarded

Great hourly rates starting at $33 Monday to Friday

Approx from $40 Saturdays and $ 54 Sundays
